RADEK HAJDA NEEDS
someone to take over his apartment in Montreal, as he is moving to
Prague.
This is his description: The apartment is super cozy and very
central, walking distance to McGill and spitting distance to Concordia.
Rent is 605$ a month, plus electricity, which is another $10-15 a
month. It's a spacious one and a half, with huge windows and newly
re-varnished hardwood floors. The place is very quiet and management
is excellent. Laundry is located in the building. I'm even willing
to give away some of my furniture to sweeten the deal.
