STEVE FISHER shot a documentary on WW1 for  the History Channel.  He was asked to choreograph a fight scene, and  in it  he dies at the end of a bayonet. The documentary airs in the fall.

CARI  LESLIE is playing in the Shakespeare Young Company’s  Measure For Measure this summer in Ottawa. July  park dates aren’t out yet, but there are shows in the  NAC’s Fourth Stage,  August 21-25.

TRISHA ALLISON  danced in her final LAMDI show in Montreal. She plans to live in Montreal, and is working with a troupe on their own creation this summer


STEPHANIE MOORE shot The Final Buzz in Toronto. She is heading back to L.A. in June. 

CHRISTIE WATSON will be moderating a discussion for Performance Creation Canada, “Who’s Who” in Ottawa on Wednesday, June 13.

Ism(e):X4 floats.

This is a call for performers with charisma, flourish, sea legs and and inner loud mouth bass. Not flounder. This is the first curated Ism(e) under extraordinary, wet, circumstances.

Ism(e):X4 is on a boat and is a Happening. The chosen pieces will be integrated within the Performance Creation Canada closing night party on June 15 on the Ottawa River.

The pieces must not be more than 4 minutes long and without technical support. We will accept just you. Submissions for big and gorgeous movement, dance and physical pieces as well as shouty loud roaring pieces are recommended.
