After CHS, Jan went to both Carleton University for English and to Algonquin for Language teaching credentials. She started her own magazine, BIRDY, and moved to Toronto, where she now works downtown.
ON BOFA, KNOWN FOR:
Energy, emotion; coming back to Canterbury for a second year on BOFA; her fast tongue; her amazing Emotion scene with Rad in the '93 Finals, when she had never expected to play this game, or even practised for it; terrifying all the guys on the '94 team with a genital challenge the first day of practice; her leadership and loyalty; the great spaghetti dinner and BOFA cake she made for an exhausted, cough-ridden BOFA '99 team, late one Easter weekend. Opening her home to us all.
