ABOUT CREATING
Creating a game or a whole set of games is really difficult. We may work on a game for what seems like forever not knowing what’s wrong with it, and then all of a sudden it clicks. And when that happens you know it’ll be good and you have the confidence.
ABOUT PERFORMING
Always at first it’s so scary and you’re screaming and yelling inside and out, and then when you’re up there, you do your stuff, and whichever way it goes you should feel good.
ABOUT BEING IN CHARGE
I personally am never in charge. I sort of fell into BOFA and I never really felt like the leader. You really need to show everyone your confidence and get your ideas out there, but you also need to listen well and incorporate everyone’s ideas in games when being a good leader. If I could do all that I would!! It’s hard!
OFF THE JOB
Always thinking about Bofa or planning a game or reading the newspaper…
FAVOURITE BOFA MOMENT
All I have to say is “Smelt a funky whiff and told that kid to get the f*** out of my house!!!”
FUTURE PLANS
I would like to go into drama at Ryerson or something challenging. Also I’d like to do anything to do with visual arts, music, or my incredible flexibility! Maybe I could be a …dancer???
FAVOURITE OF THE THINGS YOU DO?
I just LOVE wheel of rhyme… lies … but I do love playing simple games like bench (bus stop) and other fun character games.
ENJOYED WORKING AT THE BEST?
I enjoying working at the Film Noir a lot. It was really fun because everything was to a beat but not in rhyme (thank God) and Drew made it so funny! I just loved playing the femme fatale too. I also liked working on Life –surprising yes but I liked the ability to show that we can do more than be funny.
MOST PROUD OF SO FAR?
Doing well in the Life scenes was a big confidence boost for me because I always tried hard in those ones.
